Content Marketing Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires strong writing, content planning, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple content channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

  • Email Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of published content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Experience managing social media content and engagement.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns including ad purchasing and placement.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) for performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in podcast production, editing, and publishing (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in basic video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar highly preferred).
  • Experience in the legal industry highly preferred but not required.
