Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email, and social media
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Plan and execute targeted lead-generation strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape strategy
• Oversee website content, landing pages, and online presence
• Good understanding with experience of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Have ability of site audits through different SEO tools.
• Ability to build data driven SEO strategies
• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
• Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Strong understanding of SEO to boost organic reach
• Solid skills in graphic design (basic to intermediate level)
• Deep insight into TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics

Ability to manage and segment audiences across multiple time zone

• Experience with social media settings, optimization, and analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs26,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
