Content Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist to help evolve and execute a modern, diversified content strategy that supports B2B growth. This role is responsible for creating high-performing content across formats, with a strong emphasis on multi-channel distribution, and full-funnel engagement.

You will play a key role in developing content that not only builds brand visibility, but also drives pipeline, supports sales conversations, and improves conversion performance across the customer journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel, full-funnel content strategy aligned to business and revenue goals
  • Drive content diversification across formats including video, short-form content, blogs, email, case studies, landing pages, and social
  • Align content to key stages of the buyer journey (awareness → consideration → conversion)

Video & Multimedia Content (Priority Focus)

  • Lead the creation and production of video content (short-form, long-form, thought leadership, sales support, product, social, and brand storytelling)
  • Partner with internal teams to storyboard, script, and produce video assets that drive engagement and conversion
  • Optimize video content for distribution across web, social, email, and emerging platforms

Sales & Revenue Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with sales to develop high-impact messaging, pitch materials, and nurture content
  • Create content that supports lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and client retention
  • Translate complex marketing solutions into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with B2B audiences

SEO, AI & Content Optimization

  • Apply modern SEO strategies, including AI-influenced search (AIO), semantic search, and intent-based content development
  • Ensure all content is optimized for discoverability across search, AI platforms, and digital channels
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and efficiency

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and optimize content performance across channels
  • Use data to refine strategy and improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Continuously test formats, messaging, and distribution strategies

Success Metrics (What Success Looks Like)

  • Growth in qualified leads and pipeline influenced by content
  • Increased engagement rates (time on page, video completion rates, CTR, etc.)
  • Improvement in conversion rates across campaigns and landing pages
  • Expansion of organic traffic and search visibility (SEO + AI search presence)
  • Increased content-driven contribution to revenue and sales enablement

QualificationsExperience3+ years in content marketing, preferably within B2B, digital marketing, or agency environmentsSkills

  • Proven ability to create and manage multi-format content, with a strong emphasis on video production and product knowledge
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing, customer journeys, and sales alignment
  • Experience with SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization is a strong plus
  • Graphic design and/or video editing experience preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of content formats and measurable impact

EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
