Content Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
The Content Creator supports the Director of Marketing by developing engaging and professional multimedia content that promotes the organization, strengthens the brand, and supports recruitment and business growth. This role is responsible for producing video and digital content that highlights clinical procedures, team members, educational initiatives, and company culture to attract both patients and potential partner offices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute marketing content strategies.

· Create professional video content including:

o Procedure highlights and educational demonstrations

o Patient and team member testimonials

o Podcast recordings and clips

o Lunch & learn educational sessions

· Develop recruitment-focused content that showcases company culture and career opportunities.

· Manage and grow the company’s presence on professional platforms such as LinkedIn.

· Create and maintain a company YouTube channel as an educational platform featuring high-quality video content.

· Edit, produce, and publish professional videos aligned with brand standards.

· Serve as a brand ambassador by creating content that attracts dental offices and professionals to partner or work with the organization.

· Coordinate with internal teams and offices to capture content and tell compelling stories.

· Ensure all content maintains a professional, educational, and brand-aligned tone.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Experience in content creation, videography, digital marketing, or a related field.

· Strong video production and editing skills.

· Familiarity with social media platforms

· Ability to translate complex or clinical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Willing to travel to offices in central Illinois to gather content.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience creating content within healthcare or dental environments.

· Knowledge of social media marketing and digital content trends.

· Experience with podcast production or video storytelling.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
