Content Marketing Specialist
Location: On-site — Clifton, Block 8
Timings: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to create and manage content across website, product, social media, and campaign channels. This role combines content writing, creative thinking, research, and collaboration with SEO, CRO, Web, and Creative teams to improve customer experience and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize product descriptions for new releases and existing fragrances.
- Create website content including banners, headers, landing pages, collection pages, and promotional content.
- Develop social media copies, captions, and campaign messaging for sale and non-sale periods.
- Write voiceover scripts and audio content for promotional videos and social media campaigns.
- Assist with fragrance label research, concepts, and content requirements.
- Write blog and article content while collaborating with SEO initiatives.
- Collaborate with SEO and CRO teams to improve content performance and website conversions.
- Brief designers with clear messaging direction and proofread final creative assets.
- Conduct content research based on customer insights, campaign performance, and competitor activity.
- Maintain content quality, consistency, and brand tone across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports.
- Track assigned KPIs and contribute recommendations for improving engagement and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing or Copywriting.
- Strong website, product description, and social media copywriting skills.
- Experience writing across multiple content formats including website, social, blogs, campaigns, and video scripts.
- Ability to work closely with SEO, CRO, Web, and Creative teams.
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
