Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage company social media pages and online communities.
  • Respond to customer comments and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues and report online trends or reputational risks.
  • Support campaigns through active moderation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand tone.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media moderation or community management.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and moderation tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
