We are looking for a highly strategic and systems-driven Content Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale a modern content engine that fuels measurable business growth. This is not a traditional content marketing role focused solely on writing or publishing. Instead, it is a high-impact, cross functional leadership position at the intersection of content strategy, growth marketing, marketing operations (Marketing Ops), RevOps, AI workflows, automation, and martech systems.
Your mission is to transform content from individual campaigns into a predictable, scalable, data driven growth engine that drives brand awareness, demand generation, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales pipeline influence, and revenue acceleration.
You will design the infrastructure behind content by building workflows, automation frameworks, AI enhanced systems, and structured distribution pipelines that allow high volume, high quality content production without proportional increases in headcount.
This is a remote first role suited for someone who thinks in systems, dashboards, workflows, and leverage-not just words.
