About the Role & Team
Disney’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses within Disney Entertainment, helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere.
The Disney+ Global Content Programming and Subscriber Engagement team leads content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights to support a cohesive strategic content approach for the service.
Reporting to the Manager, Content Planning, the Content Planning Coordinator provides essential support to the Disney+ Global Content Planning & Scheduling team. This role helps maintain and audit databases, manage internal tools, and document day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and highly collaborative.

Maintain and generate databases, reports, presentations, and documents for leadership and internal stakeholders

Track and audit workflow enhancements and process improvements across Disney+ tools and systems

Implement enhancements across content planning tooling databases and workflows

Maintain documentation of content planning workflows, user guides, and title planning metadata sources

Support ad hoc projects and requests as needed

At least 1+ years of experience in content scheduling, slate planning, content programming, content distribution, content metadata library services, or content strategy—ideally in digital media or entertainment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with expertise in data governance, analysis, and interpretation to support accurate reporting and decision-making

Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field

This role is based from the Glendale office 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) with flexibility to work from home on Friday.
The hiring range for this position in California is $59,600.00 - $79,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
