They should be adept at adapting content for various platforms and audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice. A strong technical understanding of the cinema and broadcast lighting industry combined with creative balance is essential.

Develop and implement a holistic content strategy that elevates brand presence, drives engagement, and reinforces brand relevance across all channels.

Manage end-to-end content production across web, email, blogs, video, case studies and more - ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with brand and campaign goals.

Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and visual identity across all content while preserving the unique voice of each brand.

Immerse yourself in the positioning, collateral, video, email, social media, and websites of Kino Flo and LiteGear to create content that supports business objectives while honoring the distinct personality of each brand.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Services team to develop omni-channel communications and continuously optimize content effectiveness; contribute fresh, creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions.

Manage a comprehensive, year-round content calendar aligned with product launches, educational initiatives, and other key milestones.

Capture and edit content to support marketing campaigns and product introductions, with a focus on short-form video storytelling.

Design and maintain templates, layouts, and visual standards to ensure brand alignment across all digital and print content.

Write engaging, SEO-optimized copy tailored for web, blog, campaign, and script formats.

Conduct ongoing reviews of industry best practices and competitor activities to benchmark and elevate content quality.

Collaborate with Chauvet Cinema product development and brand management teams to create technical and promotional content for new product launches.

Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing team to leverage keyword research to write search-optimized copy that is informative, inspiring, and brand-aligned.

Report wins and performance highlights to internal teams to support the evolution of content programs.

Interpret creative briefs to develop content that aligns with marketing goals; contribute to ideation when applicable.

Stay current with content management systems, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.

At least ten years of industry experience working for a tv/film manufacturer or the industry in a copywriting, communications and/or marketing function; prior trade media and/or agency experience a plus

Ability to bring innovative, inspiring ideas for new content for multi-brand companies/clients; proactive, driving personality is a must

Proficient in applying SEO best practices to write creative copy that uses keyword placement

Excellent verbal skills with mastery of grammar and language

Extremely computer literate, especially with how to write, interpret, and edit including HTML scripts

Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices

Strong skills in creating original content that targets specific, unique audiences

Basic technical knowledge of MS Office and WordPress

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing and/or English
