Are you a video visionary who lives and breathes social-first storytelling? We're looking for a hands-on Content Producer to be the driving force behind our clients' most engaging digital content.

If you know how to turn a spark of an idea into a thumb-stopping TikTok, a captivating Instagram Reel, or a high-impact YouTube Short, and can do it all with exceptional production quality - this role is for you. You'll move beyond simple execution to help conceptualize, film, and refine video projects, ensuring our content is always culturally relevant, platform-native, and perfectly aligned with brand strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Create & Execute Social-First Content: Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content specifically optimized for digital and social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
  • Concept & Pre-Produce: Develop compelling storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts that guide the entire production process from idea to final cut.
  • Edit for Impact: Master post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, working on color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to elevate the narrative and engagement.
  • Collaborate on Set: Assist in shoot planning, camera setup, and lighting arrangements, providing support in directing talent to ensure a smooth, high-energy creative process.
  • Drive Trend Innovation: Stay at the cutting edge of trending video formats and editing techniques, actively experimenting and contributing fresh, innovative ideas in brainstorms.
  • Maintain Brand Excellence: Ensure visual consistency and high production standards are met across all video deliverables, upholding the brand's look and feel.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Proficiency is a Must: Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Photoshop is key; DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a bonus).
  • Technical Foundation: Basic but solid knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and directing talent for dynamic short-form content.
  • A Social-Native Mind: A strong, intuitive understanding of platform-specific best practices and how to create content that feels authentic to the digital space.
  • Storytelling Talent: Exceptional visual storytelling skills, with the ability to edit engaging, fast-paced, and highly consumable content.
  • Agency Experience: Prior experience in a creative agency setting is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: A self-starter with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset who can manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative Curiosity: A genuine interest in emerging social media trends and new digital storytelling methods.
