Content Producer

The Content Producer is a creative execution role responsible for transforming brand strategy, design narratives, and team ideas into emotionally powerful, visually refined content.

This role combines direction, shooting, and editing, supporting the creation of world-class visual assets that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning, craftsmanship, and storytelling philosophy. The intern will work closely with the Content Lead and project teams to capture real moments across design, supervision, FF&E, and behind-the-scenes environments.

Content Production & Shooting

• Plan and produce video and photography content for projects, site visits, collaborations, and company events
• Capture storytelling across:
• Design Process
• Site Supervision
• FF&E sourcing and installation
• Behind-the-Scenes moments
• Execute interviews, reels, short-form videos, and editorial-style shoots as required

Storytelling & Creative Development

• Support the development of recurring content series, including but not limited to:
• Design Philosophy
• Client Stories
• Material Journey
• Translate creative direction into visual narratives that feel authentic, premium, and emotionally engaging

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit video content with attention to composition, pacing, tone, and brand aesthetics
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and sound design where required
• Ensure final outputs meet quality standards for digital, social, and PR use

Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Content Lead on:
• Scripts
• Captions
• Storyboards
• Creative briefs
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to plan shoots efficiently.
