The Role

We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social Media Content Producer who can write, film, edit, design, and publish short-form content across TikTok and Instagram.

This is not a passive internship. You will work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO to help grow his brand, define our voice, creative direction, and social identity from the ground up.

If you love storytelling, understand what stops the scroll, and want real ownership inside an early-stage fintech launch, this role is for you.


What You'll Do

  • Be an integral part of Symphony’s organic social strategy
  • Concept, script, film, and edit 10+ short-form videos per week
  • Design supporting visuals (thumbnails, overlays, carousels, hooks)
  • Post and optimize content across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
  • Experiment with hooks, formats, storytelling angles, and trends
  • Develop on-camera content (educational, POV, trend-based, storytelling)
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, Gen Z-friendly narratives
  • Bring fresh ideas weekly, not just execute briefs
  • Track performance and iterate quickly
  • Stay deeply plugged into platform culture and emerging trends

  • You understand pacing, hooks, retention, and short-form storytelling
  • You know how to balance humor, clarity, and credibility
  • You’re excited by building something early, not inheriting a polished machine


You Might Be a Great Fit If

  • You have experience growing a YouTube, TikTok or Instagram account
  • You have strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • You have graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite a plus)
  • You understand creator-first filming (phone-native, authentic, scroll-stopping)
  • You care about making content that feels human, not corporate
  • You love learning about fintech, money psychology, and consumer apps
  • You thrive in fast, feedback-driven environments
