Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Production Specialist who can take ownership of content from idea to execution. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working closely with a team to produce high-quality digital content, especially for video.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate fresh, engaging content ideas tailored to different industries and audiences
• Plan and execute content in collaboration with designers, editors, and marketing teams
• Contribute actively during video shoots with concepts, direction, and creative input
• Ensure content aligns with brand strategy and client goals
• Stay updated with content trends, especially in social media and video formats
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or production
• Strong understanding of digital content, especially video and social media
• Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into actionable plans
• Experience working with teams in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of content performance and audience engagement

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple brands or industries
• Familiarity with video production workflows
• Knowledge of current trends on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
