Content Producer / Personal Brand Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Content Producer to film, edit, and publish high-volume content for Mena and Rocki.

This is not a typical social media role.
You will be responsible for capturing daily content, producing videos at scale, and helping grow two personal brands through short-form and long-form video.

You will be working directly with leadership and must be comfortable filming in fast-paced, real-world environments.

What You’ll Be DoingContent Creation

• Film daily content (office, meetings, events, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes)
• Capture both structured and spontaneous moments

Video Production

• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Assist with long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, interviews)
• Add captions, hooks, and fast-paced edits optimized for engagement

Content Distribution

• Post consistently across platforms:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose content into multiple formats

Content Strategy Support

• Identify trends, hooks, and viral formats
• Collaborate on content ideas and execution
• Continuously improve content performance

Content Output Expectations

• 3–5 short-form videos per day
• 1–2 long-form pieces per week
• Daily story content and behind-the-scenes footage
• Maintain a strong content backlog

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years experience creating video content (personal brand, agency, or freelance)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Ability to film high-quality content using iPhone or camera equipment
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Fast turnaround time and ability to work under pressure

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working with influencers, founders, or personal brands
• Knowledge of storytelling, hooks, and retention strategies
• Experience with long-form content (YouTube, podcasts)
• Basic understanding of content analytics and performance

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses tied to growth and output
