Content SEO & Backlink Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Content SEO & Backlink Strategy Specialist to take ownership of our organic search performance. This role is ideal for an SEO professional with deep expertise in search engine algorithms, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies that drive measurable growth in traffic and rankings. Who will not be primarily focused on creating content, but rather on ensuring that content ranks, earns backlinks, and contributes to long-term organic growth.

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement scalable SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility.
• Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and on-page elements according to SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO requirements are baked into all content from inception.

Backlink Acquisition & Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Identify high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, partnerships, guest posting, digital PR, etc.
• Monitor backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Disavow toxic links and maintain a healthy backlink profile.

Technical SEO & Performance Monitoring

• Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexation, and site structure issues.
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and other performance benchmarks.
• Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Track SEO KPIs (ranking, CTR, impressions, traffic) and generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• To Design SEO-Driven Content Strategies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success in increasing search traffic and rankings.
• Strong expertise in backlink acquisition and off-page SEO strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
