We’re looking for a visionary digital marketing leader who understands the global landscape of digital growth and can help guide our journey from a successful product launch into organic and exponential expansion. You’ll work very closely with the CEO and Product Owner to build and execute the content and growth strategy, collaborating directly with developers and designers to bring ideas to life.

Our platform is already gaining traction, building its presence across SEO, content, and social channels. Now we are amplifying that momentum, strengthening our market position, and unlocking the full potential of our platform through data-driven strategy, creative execution, and smart scaling. We are in the phase of scaling our internal teams to achieve maximum growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Architect & Implement Dynamic SEO

• Build systems so guest blogger posts, YouTube videos, country pages, city pages, and attraction/to-do pages are automatically optimized and indexable in SERPs.
• Work with developers to implement dynamic meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking for large-scale location-based SEO.

2. Acquire Creators & Content

• Run outreach campaigns to onboard guest bloggers, YouTubers, and influencers.
• Build scalable partnerships to fuel the platform with fresh, high-quality content.

3. Build B2B Pipelines

• Launch outreach to hotels, restaurants, attractions for directory listings & partnerships.
• Align B2B onboarding with SEO + content for maximum exposure.

4. Be the Social Media Engine

• Personally create high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Shorts in the early stage.
• Work with the CEO on strategy and creative until execution is handed off to new team members.

5. Drive Strategy With Data

• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs to track KPIs and optimize.
• Test, measure, and double down on what works.

The Tools You’ll Live In

• SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Content & Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar), CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow).
• Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Hootsuite, Buffer, CapCut/Adobe Premiere.
• Testing & Tracking: Hotjar, UTM tracking, A/B testing tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in SEO strategy, growth marketing, or content-led product ownership.
• Proven success ranking location-based multi-level content sites (directories, portals, travel platforms).
• Deep knowledge of Dynamic SEO for large-scale platforms.
• Hands-on social media content creation experience (esp. Reels/TikTok).
• Skilled in creator outreach and B2B partnership building.
• Strong understanding of paid campaigns and organic/paid synergy.
• Data-obsessed, results-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

The Growth Path

You’ll work very closely with the CEO to build and execute the content and growth strategy, collaborating directly with developers and designers to bring ideas to life.

You’ll oversee the growth of the team organically, starting with the Lead Strategist role (you), and as the platform scales, specialists in areas like social reels, paid campaigns, SEO execution, and creator outreach will be added under your leadership.
