About the Role

PRG Pakistan is on the lookout for a creative, organized, and strategy-driven Social Media Executive to join our high-performing Digital Marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will manage the day-to-day execution of social media campaigns, maintain strong brand presence across platforms, and contribute to online marketing efforts that directly support our clients’ business growth in sectors like healthcare, finance, and digital billing.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and target audience behaviors
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Schedule posts, respond to messages/comments, and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone
• Create and manage detailed content calendars tailored to each client’s marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for engaging graphics, videos, and campaigns
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and relevant industry partners
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital strategy best practices
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports to optimize content and engagement
• Support broader branding, email marketing, and lead generation efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or digital communications
• Solid understanding of content creation, online branding, and digital marketing trends
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Strong communication and writing skills — fluency in English is essential
• Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare, billing, or finance-related marketing
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once
