The Arts Quotient (TAQ) is a leadership development firm helping leaders in different sectors to be more effective and achieve outcomes by drawing techniques from the arts.

We are looking for a content-driven professional who enjoys translating complex business and leadership ideas into clear, engaging, and research-backed content. This role blends content creation, social media (with a strong focus on LinkedIn), and thought leadership.
You will work closely with senior leaders to strengthen TAQ's brand voice and digital presence through meaningful, insightful, and well-crafted communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create blogs and articles that carry strong ideas.
2. Write scripts for podcasts, interviews, and digital conversations.
3. Manage and grow TAQ's LinkedIn and digital presence.
4. Strengthen content through solid research and contemporary business insights.
5. Stay updated on leadership, learning, and communication trends.

Other requirements

1. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

2. Ability to think critically and structure ideas logically.

3. Understanding of social media communication, especially LinkedIn.

4. Comfort with research-driven writing and insight development.

5. Ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging, accessible content.

6. Education or experience in communications, journalism, content writing, literature, media, management, or related fields.

7. Freshers with strong writing skills and learning agility are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
