CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

THE ROLE

We are looking for a self-motivated, multi-talented Content & Social Media Manager with strong writing ability, a natural feel for narrative, and hands-on experience running organic social channels with intention and creativity.

This mid-level role is perfect for someone who can balance daily content execution with strategic thinking, understands how to build momentum around campaigns, and can bring clarity to a brand with depth, breadth, and a strong philosophical core.

You will help us refine our messaging, elevate our presence, and build a powerful movement through smart, soulful, purposeful content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Storytelling

● Write high-quality, on-brand content for all channels:Instagram, Substack, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, website and launch campaigns

● Translate complex philosophical concepts into simple, digestible, emotionally resonant storytelling.

● Develop content series that build familiarity, ritual, and community connection.

● Repurpose long-form pieces (podcast clips, talks) into short-form narratives that drive engagement and growth.

Social Media Management

● Use insight tools to shape how we position content ideas.

● Own and manage the full social calendar across WOW.

● Post daily content, monitor performance, engage with the community, and track insights.

● Maintain brand consistency in tone, language, visual feel, and narrative direction.

● Stay ahead of trends and adapt them in a way that aligns with WOW’s depth and mission.

Marketing, SEO & Campaign Launch

● Support campaign planning & execution for key launches

● Write SEO-optimised website copy, product descriptions, posts and landing pages

● Conduct keyword research to help guide copy and improve discoverability

● Collaborate with the broader team on funnels and email flows

● Build storytelling arcs around products connecting them to the larger mission and philosophy.

Founder Content Support

● Support with the Brand Consultant in developing and executing a refined content presence for Tanja (mission-led, narrative-driven, non-influencer positioning).

● Write founder posts, thought pieces and LinkedIn content

WHAT YOU BRING

Essential Skills

● At least 3-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting and social media management.

● Exceptional writing ability that is clear, soulful, evocative, and able to adapt tone for different audiences (children, adults, educators, founders).

● A strong understanding of organic social, in particular, what drives reach, saves, shares, and community depth.

● Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research and optimized content writing

● Experience supporting marketing campaigns, launches or product rollouts

● Ability to turn ideas into structured content plans.

● Confidence in managing multiple channels and brand identities under one ecosystem.

● A deep sense of personal initiative, you do not wait to be told; you bring ideas, solutions, and improvements.

Bonus Experience (not required but desired)

● Experience in wellness, education, spirituality, storytelling, or creative industries.

● Basic knowledge of editing short-form video content (mobile edits are fine).

● Familiarity with Substack, Kajabi, Shopify, or community apps.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
