About the Role

We’re hiring 3 full-time Content Specialists to join our on-site team in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The role requires strong English writing and communication skills, along with practical experience using ChatGPT as a professional tool for tasks such as research, editing, and content refinement. You’ll work closely with editors and SEO specialists to produce high-quality, search-optimised content.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit blog posts, articles, and SEO-driven content
• Conduct thorough research to ensure originality and accuracy
• Apply feedback from senior editors to refine and improve writing
• Update and enhance existing content for clarity and quality
• Use SEO tools and best practices to optimise performance
• Collaborate proactively with the internal team to meet deadlines
• Ensure content aligns with SEO keywords, content briefs, and search intent.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas.
• Use SEO/content tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SurferSEO, ChatGPT) to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work with designers or developers when content requires visuals or formatting.

Mandatory Requirements

• Full-time, on-site in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
• Fixed working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and English writing skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT for professional use (research, editing, workflow support)

Preferred but Not Required

• BS in Mass Communication or English & Linguistics
• Content writing or copywriting experience
• Fresh graduates with strong writing skills encouraged to apply
