  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and obtain approvals.
  • Track project status and ensure adherence to branding standards.

Internal Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prioritize and manage communication requests from various departments.
  • Promote clear and professional internal communication workflows.

Platform Oversight & Content Updates

  • Support MarCom in updating digital platforms and websites.
  • Contribute to newsletters and content calendars.
  • Liaise with vendors (e.g., printers, translators) when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in content creation, communications, or project coordination.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.

Preferred:

  • Arabic language skills.
  • Experience in higher education communication (especially in the UAE or Canadian context).
  • Understanding of multicultural environments and UAE professional norms.

Key Competencies

  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Confident and collaborative with a professional demeanor.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Solution-oriented and adaptable to change.
  • Proactive communicator and team player.
