Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Content Specialist to lead the creation of high-quality, visually compelling video content across digital platforms including social media, website, and YouTube. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, technical excellence, and strategic storytelling, with a focus on delivering content that reflects a premium brand identity and drives measurable engagement.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creative Ideation
- Conceptualize and develop innovative video content aligned with brand objectives, marketing strategies, and target audience interests.
- Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, platform updates, and audience insights to inform content direction and creative decisions.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and detailed shoot outlines for various content formats, including promotional campaigns, tutorials, and short-form social media videos.
Video Production
- Oversee the full video production process, including camera setup, lighting, and audio recording, or coordinate with external videographers when required.
- Capture high-quality raw footage such as interviews, B-roll, lifestyle visuals, and product shots, ensuring consistency with brand and quality standards.
Post-Production & Editing
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive, and engaging final videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Apply advanced editing techniques including pacing, transitions, color correction/grading, and professional sound mixing.
- Integrate motion graphics, titles, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
- Source and implement licensed music, sound effects, and voiceovers in compliance with copyright guidelines.
Optimization & Publishing
- Adapt and optimize video content for platform-specific requirements (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, website).
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, visual standards, and legal requirements.
- Support content publishing, scheduling, and coordination across digital channels.
Performance Analysis & Collaboration
- Track and analyze video performance metrics including views, engagement, click-through rates, and audience retention.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine content strategy and creative execution.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to ensure alignment with broader campaigns and brand storytelling.
Qualifications & Skills Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, Graphics, or a related creative field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end video production, from filming and lighting to editing and final delivery.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles and high-quality visual work is required.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of motion graphics and design tools including Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording principles.
- Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and compression best practices for digital platforms.
