We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Digital Content Specialist
to support the planning, creation, and management of content across our digital platforms. This role is essential in maintaining a consistent, engaging, and up-to-date online presence that aligns with our brand and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Development:

Develop and execute content plans aligned with marketing and brand strategies

Create, edit, and publish engaging content across digital platforms

Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, messaging, and communication standards
Digital Platforms Management:

Manage and regularly update all digital channels to ensure consistency and accuracy

Schedule and publish content across platforms

Monitor platform activity and ensure timely updates
Website Content Management:

Write, edit, and upload content for the company website

Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance

Apply basic SEO practices (keywords, meta descriptions, content structuring)

Coordinate with internal teams to reflect updates, services, and announcements
Trends Monitoring & Optimization:

Stay up to date with industry trends and digital best practices

Monitor basic SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Enhance content performance and engagement through optimization
Performance Tracking & Reporting (10%)

Track content performance using analytics tools

Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations

Support data-driven decision-making for content strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Certifications in Digital Marketing or Content Creation are a plus
Experience
-
2–4 years of experience in digital content, social media management, or similar roles

Experience managing digital platforms and website content
-
Familiarity with CMS platforms and analytics tools

Experience in corporate or healthcare environments is an advantage
Skills

Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic

Solid understanding of digital platforms and content trends

Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization

Familiarity with design tools is preferred

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and cross-functional teams
