Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to support the planning, creation, and management of content across our digital platforms. This role is essential in maintaining a consistent, engaging, and up-to-date online presence that aligns with our brand and communication objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Content Planning & Development:

  • Develop and execute content plans aligned with marketing and brand strategies
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across digital platforms
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, messaging, and communication standards


Digital Platforms Management:

  • Manage and regularly update all digital channels to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • Monitor platform activity and ensure timely updates


Website Content Management:

  • Write, edit, and upload content for the company website
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Apply basic SEO practices (keywords, meta descriptions, content structuring)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to reflect updates, services, and announcements


Trends Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and digital best practices
  • Monitor basic SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Enhance content performance and engagement through optimization


Performance Tracking & Reporting (10%)

  • Track content performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support data-driven decision-making for content strategies


Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing or Content Creation are a plus


Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital content, social media management, or similar roles
  • Experience managing digital platforms and website content
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience in corporate or healthcare environments is an advantage


Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms and content trends
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
  • Familiarity with design tools is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and cross-functional teams
