• Competitive salary: SAR 6,000 – SAR 10,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms
• Create, publish, and optimize engaging content (text, images, video)
• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare clear, actionable reports
• Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads)
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams including designers and marketing specialists
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and brand partnerships

Most In-Demand Skills

• Social media strategy and campaign planning
• Paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads; Google Ads is a plus)
• Data analysis and reporting (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
• Content creation and copywriting
• Basic design or coordination skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends
• Community management and audience engagement
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Portfolio or examples of previous campaigns is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
