Content Specialist

Our client is a leading luxury automotive dealership in Egypt, representing premium and high-performance vehicle brands. The company is known for delivering curated ownership experience — from the showroom floor to after-sales — for clients who expect nothing less than exceptional. Their digital presence is the first touchpoint for a highly discerning audience, and they need someone who can own it with confidence.


This role is for a content-first marketer who writes sharp, on-brand copy and knows how to keep an external agency accountable without micromanaging. You will own the brand's content output across social platforms, write and edit directly, and serve as the internal bridge between the company's vision and the agency's execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Writing:

  • Write, edit, and refine social media copy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, maintaining the brand's luxury tone in both Arabic and English.
  • Draft content briefs, post copy, campaign narratives, and caption variants for agency review and internal sign-off.
  • Develop and maintain the monthly content calendar, ensuring all content aligns with brand identity, campaign cycles, and seasonal moments.
  • Review all agency-produced content before publishing — catching copy errors, brand misalignments, and tone inconsistencies.


Agency Management:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the external social media and creative agency, briefing, reviewing, and pushing back constructively where needed.
  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs covering content direction, visual tone, platform requirements, and messaging priorities.
  • Hold the agency accountable to deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines — escalating where necessary.
  • Coordinate production days, influencer shoots, and campaign launches in collaboration with the agency and internal stakeholders.


Brand & Performance Oversight:

  • Monitor community engagement across platforms and ensure timely, brand-appropriate responses in coordination with the agency.
  • Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR) and present insights in regular reporting cycles.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and luxury automotive marketing best practices — and proactively apply learnings.


Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or brand communications.
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating with an external agency or creative team.
  • Background in luxury, lifestyle, automotive, or premium consumer brands is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent)
