We are looking for a Content Specialist to lead the creation and management of high-quality content for our online sales channels. This role is responsible for developing content for brand-owned online stores as well as major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, etc.
The role is both hands-on and managerial: you will personally create content while also managing external agencies and freelancers to ensure consistency, quality, and on-time delivery across all e-commerce touchpoints and all countries.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and maintain compelling e-commerce content, including:
· Product descriptions and product cards
· E-retail media assets (banners, campaign visuals, promotional content)
· Enhanced/A+ content and brand store pages
· Adapt content to platform-specific requirements and best practices (Amazon, Noon, brand e-shops)
· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and commercial objectives
· Manage external agencies and freelancers:
· Prepare clear briefs and content guidelines
· Review, optimize, and approve delivered materials
· Ensure consistent quality across internally and externally produced content
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e-commerce, product marketing, digital media) to align content with campaigns and launches
· Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and launch timelines
· Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights and platform analytics
Required Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in e-commerce or digital content creation for well-known brands
· Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and customer experience
· Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon)
· Understanding of e-retail media formats and promotional content
· Working knowledge of SEO principles for e-commerce listings
· Ability to work with visual content and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar)
· Experience managing agencies or freelancers and providing clear, actionable feedback
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
· High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
