The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing content calendars, social media platforms, short-form video content, and digital campaigns while working in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Assist in creating and managing monthly content calendars for social media platforms
• Plan and coordinate short-form video content including Reels, TikTok, and promotional content
• Support daily management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Write engaging captions, post copies, and social media content aligned with brand tone
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution
• Research social media trends, viral content ideas, and audience engagement strategies
• Schedule posts and maintain consistent brand communication across platforms
• Assist in tracking content performance and engagement metrics

Required Skills

• Strong interest in social media management and content creation
• Basic understanding of content planning and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn trends
• Good written communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or editing/design tools is a plus
