Content & Story Assistant

Job Description

We are a creative media & marketing agency looking for a Content & Story Assistant to support the creative director in developing scripts, captions, and structured storytelling for short-form video content.

This role focuses on content preparation and story structure, not video editing or design.

Responsibilities

• Assist in turning ideas into clear video scripts
• Write hooks, captions, and on-screen text
• Organize content into structured storytelling flows
• Prepare content briefs for the editing team
• Support daily content planning and coordination

Requirements

• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to structure ideas clearly
• Experience with social media content formats
• Attention to wording, tone, and detail
• Ability to follow direction and execute consistently

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Background in content creation or copywriting
• Understanding of marketing-oriented content
• Experience working with creative teams

Work Type

• Full-time
• On-site or Hybrid (depending on availability)
