About the Role

Sakar IAS Academy is seeking a talented and analytical Content Strategist to lead our content planning, creation, and optimization efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop impactful content strategies that enhance the academy’s brand visibility, engage learners, and drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for social media, website, blogs, and campaigns.
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and academic goals.
• Collaborate with influencers, designers, and social media teams to ensure consistency in tone and messaging.
• Write and edit high-quality educational, promotional, and SEO-friendly content.
• Research trending topics related to UPSC, IAS coaching, and education to create relevant and engaging material.
• Analyze content performance using insights and analytics to improve engagement.
• Coordinate video scripts, ad copies, and student success stories for campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in content strategy, content writing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media trends.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Tamil proficiency is a plus).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the education or training industry.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
