The Content Strategist is a role dedicated to attracting, engaging, and retaining GUARDIAN RFID’s target audience by developing and executing content strategies. This includes but is not limited to producing relevant blogs, articles, and other digital media to establish industry expertise, promote brand awareness, and keep business top of mind for prospects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Content marketing certification preferred
  • 5+ years in a content marketing role
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in planning, creating, distributing, and analyzing content for a business’s website
  • Writing skills: experience in different tones of voice to attract different audiences across industry
  • Basic SEO and keyword research skills to strategize and boost engagement
  • Web analytical skills to identify gaps and trends in current platforms
Responsibilities
  • Create internal review process that is efficient and stable
  • Gather ideas and needs from sales
  • Use the topic litmus test to validate article ideas
  • Outline the buyer’s journey
  • Create engaging, high-quality copy for blogs, earned media articles, press releases, etc.
  • Publish articles weekly
  • Collaborates and reviews video scripts
  • Brainstorm, build, and execute topics surrounding inbound, outbound, TAYA
  • Write in company tone to reach target audiences
  • Elevate SEO marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute brand goals to hit high viewership
  • Research keyword success and identify gaps for improvement
  • Utilize SEO tools and knowledge to improve a brand’s search engine results
