We are looking for a highly organized Creative Production Project Manager who loves our client and excels at keeping global creative work moving with clarity and speed.

You will manage timelines for copy, design, GIF, video, and interactive ad production, acting as the connective tissue between third-party vendors, the sales team, and our clients.

You ensure assets are delivered on time and on brief, and you are not afraid to jump in hands-on, whether that means drafting light copy or optimizing an image in Photoshop to keep momentum.
Responsibilities

Own timelines, milestones, and delivery for global creative and interactive ad projects

Coordinate designers, writers, editors, vendors, sales partners, and clients across time zones

Manage updates, reviews, and approvals through Slack and Google Workspace

Provide clear status updates and communication that keeps everyone aligned

Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain fast, efficient workflows

Improve and operationalize repeatable production processes

Step in when needed to write light copy or make basic asset tweaks to save time
What You Bring

Strong passion for our client and belief in the power of connected communities

4–7 years of creative or production-focused project management experience

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines at once

Expert in Slack and Google Workspace, plus familiarity with PM tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)

Comfortable collaborating with vendors and client-facing teams

Basic Photoshop and copywriting skills for quick creative optimizations
