Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive, mid-level Content Strategist and Writer to serve as the core driver of our digital authority and organic traffic. This role is responsible for developing, writing, and optimizing high-impact content assets across all digital channels, with a primary focus on boosting website visibility and establishing thought leadership for our high-priority brands. The ideal candidate blends strategic planning with efficient, high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO & Blog Strategy Ownership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive, SEO-driven content calendar. Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor performance, and write, edit, and publish high-ranking blog content and pillar pages consistently to increase organic search visibility.
- Long-Form Content Production: Lead the creation of strategic, high-value content, including in-depth Case Studies, White Papers, and E-books, designed for lead generation and brand authority building.
- Professional Social Media Management: Own the content strategy and execution for key professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), ensuring the brand maintains an active, expert, and engaging voice.
- Multi-Brand Content Support: Provide content writing and editorial support across a portfolio of multiple brands, ensuring all voice and tone guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in content strategy, SEO writing, or content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing published work.
- Demonstrable experience in driving significant organic traffic and improving SERP rankings.
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and technical content optimization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with modern SEO and content analysis tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
- Experience writing content for B2B or specialized technology sectors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design and development teams to ensure seamless content integration (e.g., working with web builders like Elementor).
- A dedicated, self-motivated approach focused on measurable outcomes and results.
