
Content Strategist & Conversion Copywriter
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion) aligned with business objectives
- Write high-converting content for:
- Website pages & landing pages
- Paid ads (Meta & Google)
- Email marketing campaigns
- Company profiles & proposals
- Create and optimize conversion-focused landing pages with compelling CTAs and structured messaging
- Develop AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) content including FAQs and structured responses for AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, SGE)
- Collaborate with SEO teams to target high-intent keywords and improve search visibility
- Work with designers and video editors to ensure content and visuals alignment
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, ad copies, and CTAs to improve performance
- Track and analyze metrics such as conversion rate, CTR, engagement, and lead generation
- Support the sales team with sales scripts, pitch decks, case studies, and success stories
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in content strategy and conversion copywriting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-conversion campaigns
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing, customer psychology, and sales funnels
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and AEO strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize content for better performance and ROI
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Familiarity with AI content tools and modern search behavior
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
