Content Strategist & Conversion Copywriter

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion) aligned with business objectives
  • Write high-converting content for:
  • Website pages & landing pages
  • Paid ads (Meta & Google)
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Company profiles & proposals
  • Create and optimize conversion-focused landing pages with compelling CTAs and structured messaging
  • Develop AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) content including FAQs and structured responses for AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, SGE)
  • Collaborate with SEO teams to target high-intent keywords and improve search visibility
  • Work with designers and video editors to ensure content and visuals alignment
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, ad copies, and CTAs to improve performance
  • Track and analyze metrics such as conversion rate, CTR, engagement, and lead generation
  • Support the sales team with sales scripts, pitch decks, case studies, and success stories

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in content strategy and conversion copywriting
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-conversion campaigns
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing, customer psychology, and sales funnels
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, keyword research, and AEO strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development)
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize content for better performance and ROI

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and modern search behavior
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
