Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Strategist Intern who will own and execute the content strategy for Conroar, aligning it to growth, acquisition, and product marketing goals. This role goes beyond writing - you will define Conroar’s voice, create high-performing assets, and work across social and email campaigns to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a content strategy aligned to Conroar’s growth and product goals.
• Build and maintain a scalable content framework and editorial calendar.
• Create, write, and edit high-quality content - from landing pages to blogs, guides, and campaigns.
• Develop messaging hierarchies that explain Conroar to different audiences (from startups to enterprise clients).
• Define and evolve Conroar’s voice and tone across website, social media, and campaigns.
• Ensure clarity and consistency across all content.
• Manage SEO to identify opportunities for traffic and lead generation.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to refine content for maximum reach, clarity, and conversion.
• Manage Conroar’s social presence (LinkedIn focus) with engaging, strategic posts.
• Craft compelling email campaigns for outreach and nurturing leads.
• Work with design and engineering to bring content to life in elegant, user-centered ways.

Who Can Apply

• Final year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, etc.), and LinkedIn marketing is a plus.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and able to connect content with business outcomes.
