If you live and breathe Instagram & YT Shorts, know how to spot content patterns before anyone else, can turn trends into ideas fast, and back it up with execution - this role is for you!


What makes the role meaty?

  • Plan and execute shoots for daily content publishing across our offline stores social channels to ensure that it feels real, authentic, welcoming and community-first to drive brand love, brand consideration & store walk-ins
  • Create rapid, entertainment-driven content for the main Licious pages that aligns with the brand’s functional goals and resonates with our target audience
  • Script and storyboard ideas fast —from scratch concepts to punchy reels.
  • Write sharp, witty copy + captions, optimized for stopping power, shares, and SEO discoverability .
  • Conceptualise and write all the content that you’re spearheading. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze social media dashboards and use insights to optimize our content planning, scripts, comments and engagement hooks
  • Engage with our audience through comment replies and DM responses that feel authentic and build community.
  • Brief in edits and effects, maintain visual consistency, and collaborate with designers/editors.
  • Use AI tools (Runway, MidJourney, Claude, etc.) to speed up content development without losing originality.
  • Decode what’s working (hook rates, AVD, shares, comments) and double down quickly.
  • Manage the edit briefing including style, visuals effects etc while maintaining consistency and visual appeal across all content by the brand


What success looks like:

  • Main Brand Pages: High hook rate, strong average video views, shareability, and cultural relevance.
  • Offline Store Pages: Growth in followers, engagement through comments & shares, and local community conversations.
  • Across Both: More scripts, more posts, more comment conversations — all while staying sharp and on-brand.

This role is for someone who is fast, iterative, and impact-driven. You’ll be a part of the brand social team to push out content that makes Licious the most shareable meat brand online.


We hope that you have..

  • You’ve created content in front of and behind the camera and know how to make people comfortable on set.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on rapid content creation for brand/s
  • Obsessed with food culture—especially meat, fish, and seafood .
  • Adept with using AI tools such as midjourney, runway, claude, google veo3 etc
  • Comfortable working fast, independently, and as part of a cross-functional team .
  • Can turn insights and trends into community first content ideas
  • Strong copywriting chops with a nose for what makes content clickable, shareable, and comment-worthy .
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a rapid-fire, trend-driven environment
  • Up to date on new content marketing trends, features, and platform updates
