About The Role
The Content Team Lead at Worood is responsible for shaping, managing, and elevating the brands creative voice across all platforms. This role combines strategy, creativity, leadership, and strong marketing fundamentals to ensure that every piece of content tells a compelling story and drives brand growth.
Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop a cohesive content strategy aligned with Woroods brand identity, marketing goals, and seasonal campaigns.

Plan and oversee monthly content calendars across all digital platforms.

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual direction across channels.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into strong content concepts.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and empower the content team (copywriters, designers, media production team)

Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to enhance team skills and performance.

Delegate tasks effectively and monitor workflow to ensure timely, high-quality output.

Creative Direction

Brainstorm and develop original ideas for storytelling, campaigns, social content, product highlights, and brand moments.

Required Qualifications & Skills
