About the Role
We are looking for a Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and conversion-focused editing. You will transform raw footage into polished, high-performing content for paid ads, product pages, brand campaigns, and social media. Working closely with the creative and marketing teams, you’ll turn product features and customer experiences into compelling narratives across short-form and long-form formats.
This role is ideal for an editor who understands both creative emotion and performance-driven strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Core Editing & Production
- Edit professional-quality video content for ads, product demos, installations, unboxings, social media, and website visuals.
- Produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid marketing placements.
- Implement motion graphics, text treatments, transitions, and sound design to elevate storytelling.
- Maintain a consistent editing style that strengthens Hamilton’s premium brand identity.
Creative Collaboration
- Work with videographers, designers, and the performance marketing team to execute creative briefs.
- Contribute to storyboards, narrative structure, and concept development.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical requirements, and platform specifications.
File Management & Workflow
- Organize, manage, and archive large volumes of footage with clear and consistent naming conventions.
- Maintain an optimized workflow for revisions, exports, and delivery.
- Stay current with editing techniques, social trends, pacing styles, and emerging video formats.
Performance-Driven Execution
- Edit with a focus on clarity, speed, and conversion performance.
- Optimize videos for mobile-first consumption and platform-specific best practices.
- Ensure all final assets are technically sound, visually clean, and ready for high-impact distribution.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of professional video editing experience (e-commerce, automotive, or tech experience is a plus).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of pacing, story structure, visual clarity, and high-performing hooks.
- Ability to work with product footage and create edits that drive viewer engagement and conversion.
- Excellent organizational habits, file management discipline, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-friendly attitude.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse editing styles, storytelling, and technical skill.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time — approximately 50 hours per week
- Days: Sunday – Thursday
- Hours: 3pm–12am Egypt (aligns with U.S. 9am–5pm EST)
