Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our growing content and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and dynamic motion graphics, editing videos for digital platforms, and bringing our visual storytelling to life across social media, advertising, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design motion graphics and animations for marketing, social media, and brand videos.
• Edit video content, including trimming, sequencing, color correction, and sound synchronization.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual projects.
• Add special effects, graphics, and motion text to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design and video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in motion design and video editing.
• Proficiency in software such as:
• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of timing and rhythm in video editing.

Preferred

• Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Familiarity with sound design and basic audio editing.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media video formats.
