SPOT & Insighte are looking for a creative and driven Content & Video Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for interns, freshers, and young professionals who are passionate about video creation and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, campaigns).

Conceptualise and execute viral content ideas aligned with brand identity.

Know video editing as primary skill.

Plan and manage content calendars for SPOT & Insighte in collaboration with internal teams.

Shoot basic video content when required (mobile/camera).

Track content performance and adapt strategies based on trends and insights.

Can adhere to timelines and collaborate effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, canva, inshorts or similar tools).

Proven experience in creating engaging or viral video content (portfolio/work links required).

Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Basic knowledge of scripting, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

Ability to work independently, creatively, and within deadlines.
