With over 21,000 clients, we help businesses around the world deliver effective email marketing campaigns through our innovative platform. We are now expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us at our Kozhikode office at Government Cyberpark.

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Digital Marketing team and play a key role in creating impactful content that drives our SEO and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will craft engaging, SEO-friendly content for multiple platforms while contributing to the growth and visibility of Mailercloud. Content Creation: Write high-quality blogs, website copy, landing pages, case studies, and marketing collaterals.

SEO Optimization: Develop keyword-rich content aligned with SEO best practices to boost organic traffic.

Research & Ideation: Generate fresh content ideas by analyzing competitors, industry trends, and keyword insights.

Editing & Proofreading: Ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency in all content pieces.

Performance Monitoring: Track content performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, and suggest improvements.

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.

1–2 years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content optimization.

Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush is a plus.

Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and target audiences.

Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced digital marketing team.
