Job Description: Content Writer (AI-Augmented)

We are a pioneering fintech startup dedicated to making investing in both traditional assets and crypto accessible and understandable for everyone. We are looking for a skilled Content Writer who can craft compelling narratives and leverage AI tools to create high-quality, impactful content.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, business goals, and SEO best practices.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce a wide range of content, including blog posts, articles, social media captions, email newsletters, website copy, and video scripts.
• AI Tool Integration: Strategically use AI writing tools to generate outlines, research topics, and create initial drafts, significantly accelerating the content creation workflow.
• Fact-Checking & Compliance: Ensure all content, especially financial and technical information, is meticulously researched, factually accurate, and compliant with relevant financial regulations.
• Audience Engagement: Craft content that is not only informative but also engaging and relatable to our target audience, driving user engagement and building trust.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize all content for search engines to improve organic reach and visibility.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance using key metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional writing experience, with a strong portfolio of published work. Experience in the fintech, finance, or technology sector is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Proven experience using AI writing assistants to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Research Skills: Strong research skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear and concise content.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
