The role involves creating engaging, persuasive, and clear content tailored for tech audiences. You will support marketing campaigns, website copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media content. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow in the SaaS industry while learning how to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple, customer-focused way.
Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling and audience-focused copy for SaaS products, websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Assist in creating ad copy, product messaging, and brand storytelling tailored to tech audiences.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and SaaS market insights to create relevant and impactful content.
- Proofread and edit copy for grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Support content planning, campaign ideas, and social media content strategies.
- Adapt writing style for different audiences, from technical professionals to end-users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify technical or SaaS concepts into user-friendly messaging.
- Familiarity with digital marketing basics, including SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong research skills and interest in the tech/SaaS industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience writing for tech companies or SaaS products.
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics (Google Analytics).
- Understanding of B2B/B2C SaaS sales funnels and content needs.
- Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow).
- Experience in LinkedIn or social media copywriting for SaaS/tech brands.
