Job Title: Content Writer – Medical Billing Industry
Location: REVMED (A Project of PayMedics) – 6th Road, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night (Onsite, 9 hours)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Content Writer with prior exposure to the US healthcare/medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and accurate content that reflects industry standards and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, training material, and marketing campaigns.
• Write case studies, articles, and newsletters tailored to the US healthcare and medical billing domain.
• Collaborate with the operations, training, and marketing teams to produce accurate, industry-relevant content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Research healthcare regulations, billing practices, and market trends to generate informative content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of content writing experience in a medical billing or healthcare BPO company.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare terminology, RCM cycle, insurance processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
