Content Writer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our marketing or editorial team. The ideal candidate has a passion for writing, a strong grasp of grammar, and the ability to craft engaging content tailored to our brand voice. You will be responsible for producing high-quality written content for blogs, websites, social media, product descriptions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and write clear, compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, product descriptions, and marketing materials
• Optimize content for SEO using relevant keywords and best practices
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand goals
• Conduct industry-related research to develop original content ideas
• Update and repurpose existing content as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2 years of professional writing experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with SEO tools and practices (e.g., keyword research, meta descriptions)
• Ability to write for different audiences, tones, and platforms
• Portfolio of published content (please include with application)
• Strong time-management and organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies
• Basic understanding of HTML or design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
