Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Instructional Designer with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing and developing effective learning experiences and will have strong expertise in crafting engaging, interactive, and impactful instructional materials. This role is based at our Kolkata office, with a working schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop engaging, learner-centered instructional materials for a variety of training and educational programs.

2. Create and implement eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, and multimedia content.

3. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate it into clear and engaging learning experiences.

4. Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to create effective learning solutions.

5. Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

6. Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to create targeted learning solutions.

7. Integrate AI and other innovative technologies into instructional content to enhance learning experiences.

8. Ensure all learning materials are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and are of high quality.

9. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, eLearning, and technology-enhanced learning.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

10. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field.

11. Creative Abilities: Strong creativity in developing engaging, interactive, and learner-focused training programs.

12. Instructional Design Methodologies: Proficiency in instructional design models, including ADDIE, SAM, or other similar frameworks.

13. Software Skills: Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.

14. Content Development: Experience in designing multimedia content (videos, graphics, animations) and interactive learning activities.

15. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze learning needs and create practical, effective solutions.

16. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders.

17. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring the development of high-quality and error-free learning materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
