Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Website Content

Write SEO-optimized property listings, homepage copy, landing pages, and neighborhood guides that attract visitors and encourage conversions.

Develop engaging blog posts related to the real estate market, trends, buying/selling tips, and property investment advice.

Craft well-researched content that highlights the unique features of properties and services.

Ensure content is aligned with the company’s brand and target audience, showcasing expertise in real estate.

Write call-to-action (CTA) statements to encourage users to inquire, schedule a viewing, or contact agents.
Social Media Content

Create short-form and long-form content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.

Write captivating captions and hashtags that drive engagement, encourage shares, and increase followers.

Develop social media campaigns that promote properties, services, events, and company updates.

Craft video scripts for property tours, client testimonials, agent introductions, and other real estate-focused content.

Adapt content for various formats, including stories, posts, carousels, and reels for social media platforms.
Real Estate Blog Content

Research and write informative, valuable blog posts on topics such as home buying and selling tips, market trends, mortgage advice, and property investment strategies.

Develop evergreen content that attracts long-term organic traffic and ranks well in search engines.

Write buyer and seller guides that help readers understand complex real estate processes in a simple and engaging way.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute blog editorial calendars and ensure consistent publishing.
Website Content & SEO

Write compelling and SEO-focused content for website pages, including the about us page, service offerings, and FAQs.

Optimize content for search engines (keywords, meta descriptions, etc.) to drive organic traffic.

Monitor the performance of website content and suggest improvements based on SEO results.

Work with the web team to ensure content is user-friendly and aligned with the overall user experience (UX) strategy.
Branding & Creative Collaboration

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to develop creative content concepts and align messaging across all platforms.

Ensure all content maintains a consistent voice and style aligned with the agency’s branding guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, content strategies, and platform-specific best practices to create fresh and innovative content.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, ideally within real estate, marketing, or a related industry.

Strong understanding of SEO and ability to write optimized content that drives traffic.

Proven ability to write for multiple platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.

Ability to write in a variety of tones, from formal real estate guides to conversational social media posts.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic HTML knowledge.
