Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative Content Writer with 3–4 years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will craft engaging, high-quality content across a variety of formats: blog posts, case studies, social media, whitepapers, website copy, and more. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to translate complex technical and venture-studio content into clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit and publish content for our website, blog, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Create case studies and success stories showcasing our venture studio work, on-demand teams, and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with designers and video/graphic teams to develop content-rich assets (infographics, video scripts, brochures) that support marketing goals.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and content style across all channels.
- Conduct research on industry trends (software development, venture studio, digital services) to generate fresh content ideas and ensure our materials are relevant and valuable.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement—use keywords, metadata, and best practices to improve visibility.
- Measure content performance (engagement, traffic, conversions) and refine your approach based on insights.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the tech, software-services, or venture/start-up space.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar, tone, and style.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical or business concepts in an engaging way.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience writing with search visibility in mind.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) and managing feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
- Good research skills and curiosity about technology, startups, digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing for B2B or enterprise audiences in software development or digital services.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML or content-management tools.
- Experience creating content for video (scripts) or multimedia formats.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and content performance metrics.
