Job Description: Content Writer – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Content Writer with strong expertise or interest in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will create high-quality, SEO-friendly, and industry-specific content that strengthens our brand presence, supports marketing efforts, and communicates our logistics capabilities effectively to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Copywriting

• Write and edit content for websites, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, case studies, and social media.
• Develop clear, engaging, and technically accurate content related to logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
• Create marketing copy for brochures, presentations, email campaigns, ads, and promotional materials.
• Produce corporate content including press releases, company profiles, success stories, internal communications, SOPs, proposals, and training materials.
• Assist leadership teams with speeches, reports, and other communication needs.

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Write SEO-optimized content and integrate targeted keywords to improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, track content performance, and make optimizations.
• Support content planning, social media strategy, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain content calendars and brand messaging.

Research & Industry Understanding

• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, regulatory updates, and global logistics practices.
• Translate complex logistics and supply chain concepts into easy-to-understand, customer-friendly language.
• Ensure factual accuracy and maintain consistent brand voice across all communication formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content writing (experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain is a strong advantage).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital content best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with digital tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
• Knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, freight modes (air/sea/road), warehousing operations, and supply chain concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
