Job Title: Content Writer (Copywriting & Research)

Location: Remote
Shift time: 12PM-9PM/9PM-6AM
Department: Marketing / Content Team
Reports To: Content Manager / Marketing Head

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can craft engaging, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a flair for copywriting, the ability to conduct thorough research, and the creativity to transform ideas into compelling brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics and trends to develop original content ideas.
• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media posts.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure brand consistency, grammar accuracy, and tone alignment.
• Optimize content for SEO using relevant keywords, headings, and meta details.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to align content with overall brand strategy.
• Repurpose existing content into new formats (blogs → social captions, newsletters, etc.).
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content pieces.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in content marketing, AI tools, and digital storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing or copywriting (agency or in-house).
• Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent command of English (grammar, tone, and flow).
• Experience with SEO writing, keyword placement, and digital content tools (e.g., Grammarly, SurferSEO, or SEMrush).
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, and content scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of brand voice and content strategy.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience writing for B2B or tech-related industries.
• Knowledge of AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper).
• Ability to develop content outlines, briefs, and marketing copy for ad campaigns.
• Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
