About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Content Writer who specializes in writing engaging video captions and social media captions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, trend-based content creation, and supporting video-based projects. You will work closely with the creative and social media teams to enhance content quality across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and create attention-grabbing captions for social media posts, reels, and video content.
• Write concise, creative, and platform-appropriate captions that enhance viewer engagement and align with brand voice.
• Develop content strategies for social media platforms based on trends, audience needs, and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and the social media team to ensure caption tone matches the visuals.
• Participate in video shoots, podcasts, and reels to provide on-spot content input and guidance on communication style.
• Assist the creative team during shoots by refining scripts, prompts, and messaging flow.
• Monitor content performance and optimize caption styles according to insights.
• Stay updated with digital trends, viral formats, and competitor content styles.

Requirements

• Comfortable appearing in podcasts or short videos if needed.
